Well, he even shared the secret behind his fitness. He shared his diet chart with his 27.9 k followers.
He eats oatmeal, blueberries, banana in breakfast. He then takes another round of breakfast in some time and eats omelette of 3 eggs, egg whites, and cheese. In lunch, he takes a chicken salad, brown rice and vegetables.
For snacks, he eats Fruits and Yoghurt.
In an interview with Metro UK, he said, “I eat the same thing every day. I have always eaten to stay alive. I see food as fuel.I am always trying to get my body fat down.”
He keeps on sharing his workout videos on his Instagram account.
